Application & Leasing Logistics

You can browse our layouts now and click “Join the Interest List” to be notified as soon as pre-leasing begins. We’d love to hear from you and learn which plans seem like the best fit for you.

To provide ultimate transparency, we use a Total Monthly Leasing Price model. This includes your base rent plus all fixed mandatory fees (like trash or tech packages) so there are no surprises when you go to pay your bill.

Deposits are $150 for one-bedroom floor plans, $250 for two-bedroom floor plans, and $350 for three-bedroom floor plans, pending a credit and background screening.

Simply place your tied trash bags in the provided bin outside your door during the designated pickup hours (Sunday–Thursday, 6PM-9AM), and our team will handle the rest.

The fitness center is open 24/7. Use your smartphone-based access key or your fob for entry. Please remember to wipe down equipment after use!

We use Parcel Pending Package Lockers. You will receive a text or email with a unique code whenever a package arrives. The locker room is accessible 24/7.
